1. Scope

These Terms apply to every visitor and account holder of Rovalta. The Service aggregates and presents publicly available information about Belgian companies from official sources and provides tools to search, monitor and analyse that information.

2. Use of the Service and accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

Free trials, where offered, are subject to the conditions shown at sign-up. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law, including data-protection law;
• scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the data other than as expressly permitted by your plan;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or other users' data;
• introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• use the data to harass, defame, or unlawfully profile natural persons.

4. Data sources and “as is” disclaimer

The Service compiles information from official public sources, including the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE/KBO), the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) filings, and the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur belge). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this information.

The Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Any decision you make based on the information is your sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, trademarks and compiled datasets are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by or licensed to Kraken Immo. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or by law. Underlying public records remain the property of their respective source authorities.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kraken Immo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss arising from your reliance on the information, errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to them falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
