How much is your company worth?
An indicative estimate built on the annual accounts filed with the National Bank and on the Belgian transaction multiples of the Vlerick M&A Monitor. Search a company: the order of magnitude sits on its profile.

How the estimate is calculated
- 01
Weighted EBITDA
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation over the last three financial years, weighted 50 / 30 / 20 % towards the most recent.
- 02
Sector × size multiple
The EV/EBITDA multiple observed on Belgian transactions for the company's sector and size band, adjusted for region and financial health.
- 03
Net debt
Long- and short-term financial debt less cash and investments. Enterprise value minus net debt gives the equity value.
- 04
A range, not a number
The central multiple is bracketed at plus or minus 15 %, which covers the regional dispersion observed and the usual gap between an initial offer and the seller's expectation.
Several studies, one published method
The multiples do not come from a single source: Vlerick Business School's annual survey of Belgian mergers and acquisitions provides the grid by sector, size and region, and the Argos Index of prices paid for unlisted European SMEs serves as a check on the largest transactions. The company's own figures come from its accounts filed with the National Bank.
